Fish Landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 42,900 pounds of fish Friday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

:Medium and small pollock: 12,000 pounds ($1.23)

Ocean perch (redfish): 11,600 pounds (56 cents)

Large pollock: 2,500 pounds ($2.05)

:Large hake: 2,000 pounds ($2.69)

:Lage monktail: 1,700 pounds ($3.80)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 54,600 pounds of fish and scallops Friday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 4,300 pounds of fish Sunday.

No landings were reported Monday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
