Fish Landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 55,300 pounds of fish Monday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

:Medium pollock: 25,100 pounds ($1.06)

Medium and small pollock: 14,400 pounds (72 cents)

Large pollock: 4,400 pounds ($1.51)

Ocean perch: 2,000 pounds (55 cents)

King whiting: 1,100 pounds (99 cents)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 21,800 pounds of fish and 46,300 pounds of scallops Friday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 18,800 pounds of fish Sunday.

No landings were reported Monday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
