Fish landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 79,500 pounds of fish Tuesday.

Top species landed and average prices Monday were: Small and medium pollock: 34,900 pounds (67 cents) Ocean perch: 12,000 pounds (58 cents)

Large pollock: 9,900 pounds ($1.05)

Large hake: 6,600 pounds ($1.46) Medium hake: 2,600 pounds ($1.37)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction,handled 69,600 pounds of fish Tuesday and 87,600 pounds of scallops Wednesday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 12,300 pounds of fish Tuesday.

No landings were reported Wednesday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
