Cape Ann Seafood Exchange
The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 69,100 pounds of fish Thursday.
Top species landed and average prices were:
Medium and small pollock: 20,200 pounds (75 cents)
Scrod haddock: 18,500 pounds ($2.54)
Ocean perch: 8,100 pounds (57 cents)
Market cod: 5,700 pounds ($3.08)
Blackbacks, geo No. 1 and 2: 4,500 pounds ($1.38)
Other landings
The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston's Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester's Whaling City Auction, handled 72,800 pounds of fish and 55,600 pounds of scallops Wednesday.
The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 8,800 pounds of fish Wednesday.
No landings were reported Thursday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
