The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 6,900 pounds of fish Monday.
Top species landed and average prices were:
Medium and small pollock: 2,200 pounds (71 cents)
Large pollock: 1,300 pounds ($1.13)
Market cod: 700 pounds ($2.63)
Small yellowtail: 600 pounds ($1.96)
Large yellowtail: 300 pounds ($2.23)
Other landings
The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 32,400 pounds of fish and 33,300 pounds of scallops Tuesday.
The Portland, Maine, Display Auction reported no landings Tuesday.
No landings were reported Wednesday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
