Fish Landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 28,000 pounds of fish Tuesday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

Medium and small pollock: 5,000 pounds (98 cents)

Large hake: 4,500 pounds ($2.25)

Large monktail: 3,700 pounds ($3.40)

Small dabs: 1,800 pounds ($2.15)

Large pollock: 1,800 pounds ($1.28)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 74,300 pounds of fish but reported no scallop landings Monday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction reported no landings Monday.

No landings were reported Tuesday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
