Fish landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 39,400 pounds of fish Thursday.

Top species landed and average price were:

Medium and small pollock: 9,800 pounds (82 cents)

Ocean perch: 9,400 pounds (60 cents)

Market cod: 5,200 pounds ($1.70)

Scrod cod: 4,200 pounds ($1.70)

Scrod haddock: 4,100 pounds ($1.11)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston's Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester's Whaling City Auction, handled 90,800 pounds of fish and 76,200 pounds of scallops Thursday.

No landings were reported Wednesday at the Portland, Maine, Display Auction.

No landings were reported Thursday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
