Fish landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 63,700 pounds of fish Tuesday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

Medium and small pollock: 27,500 pounds (65 cents)

Scrod haddock: 7,900 pounds ($2)

Market cod: 4,100 pounds ($2.34)

Large monktail: 3,200 pounds ($3.67)

Small monktail: 2,700 pounds ($1.60)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 74,900 pounds of fish and 174,200 pounds of scallops Monday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 23,200 pounds of fish Monday.

No landings were reported Tuesday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
