Salute to Seniors 2009

May 20, 2009

Congratulations Seniors from the Gloucester Daily Times

Four years ago, they walked through the doors of their schools as freshmen, ready to embark on an incredible journey.

Today, as they head into these final weeks of the school year, they are ready to complete that journey and move on.

On these special pages, you will see a lot of names, and you will see a lot of faces — all faces of our area schools' classes of 2009.

But as you view these pages, don't simply look at the lists of names. Think of the successes each of these students has enjoyed over the past four years. Think of all that they've learned since that very first day of their freshman year. And think of the experiences they've shared, the friendships and relationships they've built. And think of all that these four years have meant in their growth as a person.

It is in that spirit, then, that all of us here at the Gloucester Daily Times proudly salute this year's high school seniors — as a tribute to all that they have accomplished to date, and with the best wishes and recognition for all that they hope to accomplish in the years ahead.

Congratulations to all, and best wishes for a truly super future.
