Letter: Clancy is voice for school responsibility

To the editor:

We are supporting Kathy Clancy for re-election to School Committee because Kathy is fiscally responsible with taxpayer money.

She always places priority on areas in the budget which focus on the achievement of all students in Gloucester. She is truly dedicated to the Gloucester schools, working hard to keep our schools on a path to excellence.

Kathy knows that policy decisions at the state level affect local education. She advocates for funding that would be beneficial to Gloucester and attends Joint Education Committee hearings on important topics.

With two young children approaching school age, we feel it is more important today than ever before to put Gloucester schools on the right track by electing people like Kathy, who have a clear vision for success, and work tirelessly for our schools.

Good Luck Kathy Clancy!
