Letter: Visitors hail 'gracious' Gloucester

To the editor:

This is an open letter to Mayor Carolyn Kirk and to the people of Gloucester:

Our names are Janice and Peter Berte, and we wanted to let you know of how much we enjoy your wonderful city of Gloucester.

We are from Framingham, and although we love our Framingham, we feel Gloucester has the “water” element that can’t be beat.

We visit Gloucester several times per year, and during each visit, it becomes more educational and inviting than the last. Between your beautiful beaches, Stage Fort Park, the eclectic stores, terrific seafood restaurants, the museums, and most importantly the people of Gloucester, your city has truly been so gracious to us.

We look forward to visiting the many other sites that your special city has to offer.

JANICE AND PETER BERTE
