Letter: The restructuring of the Fort

To the editor:

I see the installation of the virtual gate down the Fort has begun.

Mere mortals may still pass. But remember our zoning laws:

No hotels will be allowed – until they are;

No condos will be allowed — until the time comes when they are, too.
