DIABETES SUPPORT/PROGRAMS
Outpatient diabetes management program, sponsored by North Shore Medical Center. Approved by the American Diabetes Association, program teaches patients how to better manage diabetes through lifestyle choices, medication and continuous monitoring. Program is reimbursed by many health insurance policies (referrals may be needed.) New sessions start monthly and are held Tuesdays, 4 to 5:50 p.m., at the Cape Ann Medical Center.
