Friday, Feb. 22 — Shells with mushroom sauce, green beans, carrot parsnip puree, mixed fruit
Monday, Feb. 25 — Tuscany chicken, linguini with sauce, Italian vegetables, orange
Tuesday, Feb. 26 — Meatloaf with gravy, whipped potato, yellow and green beans, fruited Jello
Wednesday, Feb. 27 — Chicken Marsala, Parmesan potatoes, steamed broccoli, chocolate cake
Thursday, Feb. 28 — Roasted brisket, roasted potato, winter squash, chilled pears
Friday, March 1 — Baked haddock, Capri vegetables, mashed sweet potatoes, fruit
