Monday, March 19 — Pork chop with stuffing, whipped potato, green and yellow beans, Jello
Tuesday, March 20 — Balsamic chicken, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli, gingerbread cake
Wednesday, March 21 — Cheese lasagna, Capri veggie blend, Caesar salad, banana
Thursday, March 22 — Roast brisket, potatoes and onions, roast winter squash, Mandarin oranges
Friday, March 23 — Corn chowder, breaded fish, cole slaw, dried fruit
Monday, March 26 — Meatballs and gravy, whipped potato, garden salad, fruit
Tuesday, March 27 — Tomato Florentine soup, chicken fricassee, seasoned rice, chilled pineapple
Wednesday, March 28 — Pork stew, whipped potato, butternut squash, pudding
