What's cooking next week in taste of the times

Chicken Stuffed with Herb Cheese & Spinach

Stephanie SMith of Changing Tides Gifts at Gloucester Crossing offers this easy, everyday chicken recipe. Stuffing a chicken breast helps keep it moist and adds a whole different flavor. Herb cheese is a fancy name for pub cheese, and using it with spinach to stuff the chicken saves the trouble of having to season the stuffing.

The Sidecar Cocktail

Take a trip back in time. The sidecar cocktail is made with cognac, orange liqueur, and lemon juice. It is thought to have been invented in Europe around the time of the Roaring Twenties. Sheree DeLorenzo of Cruiseport Gloucester will show how to make this classic.
