Monday, Oct. 14 — Columbus Day
Tuesday, Oct. 15 — Spinach and white bean soup, stuffed pepper with sauce, carrots, strawberry cup
Wednesday, Oct. 16 — Smothered pork with sage stuffing, green beans, fruited gelatin
Thursday, Oct. 17 — Roast sirloin, demi glace, baked sweet potato, zucchini, bread pudding
Friday, Oct. 18 — Vegetable soup, broccoli quiche, herb roasted potatoes, fruit salad
