Grilled Tomato Sauce

Grilling the tomatoes in order to make this sauce is what gives it the rich and special flavor, according to Alex Pardo of Jalapenos restaurant in Gloucester.

Scallop Ceviche

Thinly sliced raw scallops are considered perfect for ceviche. In addition to the lime juice, lemon juice and jalapeno peppers this recipe contains a few extra ingredients to enhance the flavor.

Basic Garden Salad

In some cases the simplest recipe is the best one. Combine fresh lettuces of your choice with a good quality olive oil, red vinegar, fresh garden tomatoes and top off with some Nasturtium flowers.
