Honoring students in the arts: Manchester Essex Regional High School

Art: a three-letter word that opens the door for creativity, innovation and myriad possibilities.

Much more than a canvas in a rectangular frame, art is three-dimensional, sensory, and it spurs imagination and creativity.

It’s especially exciting when that ingenuity comes from students whose enthusiasm offers new, different perspectives.

These two students at Manchester Essex Regional High School have received accolades for their work, whether it be mixed media or music.

We asked the nominees β€” Tucker Evans and Hannah Thorne β€” questions related to their artistic talents, accomplishments and future plans. Their responses are below.
