Cabaret to benefit high school drama program

ROCKPORT — For the first time ever, Drama Llamas will present a one-night-only cabaret to benefit the Rockport High School drama program.

The show will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at the John Lane Auditorium at 24 Jerden’s Lane.

The cabaret will feature more than 40 current and former Drama Llamas, the high school theater group, working as performers, musicians and technicians. It will include a wide variety of scenes, songs and dances from classic to contemporary theater as well as original material.

The performance is free, with a suggested donation of $10 at the door.

Cast and crew are Mary Colussi, Nick Endicott, Anders Larson, Fiona Noring, Jack Reilly, and Paul Zopatti, all Class of 2016; Nate Allen, Liam McCarthy, Corey Silver, and Logan Trupiano, all Class of 2015; Rowan Lampert, Alexandra Legendre, and Mariella Travis, all Class of 2014; Jeffrey Cloak, Ben Cook, Tyler Hurst, Katherine MacKinnon, Isabella MacKinnon, Jenny Sonia, Alexandra Steer, Rachel Sternlicht, and Freddy Widmer, all Class of 2013; O’Malley Bach, Alex Cleaves, Aedan McCarthy, Emma Ottenheimer, and Seth Perkins, all Class of 2012; Cassandra Balzarini, Tchelsea Grenfell, and Emma Ouellette, all Class of 2012; Kristy Levick and Sam Ponte, all Class of 2010; Brian Audano and Rebecca Visnick Vellante, both Class of 2009; Angela Barry and Mike Montgomery, both Class of 2008; Ian O’Connor, Class of 2003; Patricia Silva Callan and Lesley Anderson DeSantis, both Class of 2002; Michael Wonson, Class of 2001; Denise Ferazzi, Class of 1999; and Lisa Mento, who served as drama director for Rockport School District from 2004 to 2011.
