Grilled Mediterranean Pizza

The grill will likely be on this Labor Day weekend so why not try something different, especially if you love authentic, old-style pizza.

"If you don't have a wood-burning oven like you'd find in a restaurant or even a chef's kitchen, I've found that grilled pizza is the next best thing to capture that authentic flavor," advises Stephanie Sokolove of Stephanie's on Newbury Street in Boston.

Sokolove shares her knowledge of how you prepare the pizza dough, season and grill the vegetables, and then combine it all together for this crispy and tasty Grilled Mediterranean Pizza in this video.
