All Rockport schools
Monday: Spaghetti with sauce, meatballs, tossed salad
Tuesday: Chicken filet on bun with lettuce and tomato
Wednesday: Veterans Day
Thursday: Meatball subs, green beans
Friday: Cheese pizza, veggie sticks
Served daily: Tuna salad and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, ham subs, salad bar, fruit, juice, milk
At the end of a long, stressful workday, you crawl into bed hoping for a good night's sleep.
But after a while, an exhausting dream begins: you see yourself climbing a steep mountain; you struggle and strain finally reaching the top. Then, seemingly without any control of your actions, you step off the cliff and plummet into the canyon below.

Perhaps given incentive by the knowledge that our population is aging, many companies are coming to the rescue with new products, and there are some hints that can make gardening easier for those with arthritis or other disabilities, or even those who use wheelchairs.
Memorial Day weekend in New England is traditionally referred to as the unofficial start of summer.
It's an action-packed weekend — especially for those with a green thumb.
But your body may not be ready for this sudden rush of activity, and more people acquire significant injuries from digging in the dirt than you may think.
