Services include individual and group counseling; community crisis response; critical incident stress debriefing; and training and education. Baby/child-saver classes, for parents, expectant parents and caregivers to recognize and cope with emergency situations involving babies and small children. Support group for older women who have been abused by a spouse or partner. Greater Lynn Senior Service (GLSS) has partnered with Help for Abused Women and their Children (HAWC) in Gloucester to provide a specialized support group for women 50 and older who live in the Cape Ann area and who have experienced physical, emotional, psychological, financial or sexual abuse either now or in the past.
