Talk to the animals

Marshall’s Farm Stand has some new faces at the farm: a donkey named Jasper and two alpacas named Dakota and Pokey joined the miniature horses, goats and chickens this past spring.

The farm stand, which is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., has a Halloween display perfect for seasonal photos, and the animals are available to pet, feed and pose with.

There are also plenty of mums, pumpkins and gourds, hay bales and corn stalks, Indian corn and eight varieties of apples, fresh cider and cider donuts, plus lots of fresh produce.

The stand is located at 144 Concord St. in Gloucester and can be found online at marshallsfarmstand.com and at 978-283-2168.
