These recipes, with accompanying videos, will be featured at next week’s Taste of the Times:

Corn and Tomato Salad: This fresh and light salad is a change of pace that will brighten up your summer cookout or barbecue. Fresh garden corn and tomatoes are plentiful now, so why not combine them?

Celebrating 500th Video: The very first Taste of the Times recipe video was made with Jeff Cala, executive chef and co-owner of several restaurants on the North Shore, including Cala’s in Manchester, and Alchemy and Latitude 43 in Gloucester. To celebrate, he is doing a special video recipe for next week.
