---- — MANCHESTER —A Gloucester man was arrested Thursday night after police said officers witnessed him try to enter his car, parked in the Manchester Police Department parking lot, while intoxicated.
John Felock, 51, was arrested Thursday just after 11 p.m.
Police said multiple officers saw Felock stumble into his car and attempt to drive away; he then failed field sobriety tests.
Felock is being charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Police also arrested a Winchester woman Thursday just before 9 p.m. on School Street.
Police said Jennifer Collins, 51, was stopped on School Street for passing through a stop sign.
After a series of field sobriety tests, Collins was also charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
