Town settlement; Foreign Affairs liquor license; temporary liquor license for Manchester Athletic Club and Boston Lobsters; plastic bag ban; Festival by the Sea; strapped utility poles; Vehicle Night; Little League banners; police commendations; and Eagle Scout Court.

Planning Board, 7 p.m., Town Hall, Room 7 p.m.

Coastal Stream Team, 7:15 p.m., Seaside One.
