GLOUCESTER — Police arrested a homeless Gloucester man on Washington Street Thursday about 11:39 a.m.

Police said Kevin Murphy, 50, of Gloucester, but of no known address, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court.

Police escorted a reportedly “highly intoxicated” woman out of Latitude 43 Restaurant Wednesday about 11:27 p.m., after she declined a manager’s request to leave the restaurant.

Police said the woman was being loud and “acting out,” but she was not arrested and faces no charges.
