ROCKPORT — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled this week inRockport:

Monday

Capital Improvement Planning Committee, 2 p.m.,Town Hall, Conference Room A. Election of chairman and vice chairman, five-year capital planning, format for requests from departments, preliminary schedule for meetings on requests, school food service requests and department liaison assignments.

Finance Committee, 7:30 p.m., Rockport Public Library. Approve committee reserve requests; for Fall Town Meeting, review potential fiscal 2013 budget adjustments; and new business.

Tuesday

Selectmen, 7 p.m., Town Hall, Conference Room A.

Community Preservation

Committee, 7 p.m., Police Station.

Wednesday

Conservation Commission, 7 p.m., Town Hall, Conference Room A. Request for certificates of compliance: Stephen Johnson, Foxberry Court and Pigeon Hill Street; sign approved seed for property at Pigeon Hill Street; temporary walkway at 35 Long Beach. Appoint chairman and vice chairman, and associate member. Review of 16 & 18 Story St. and 51 Long Beach.

Thursday

Planning Board, 7:30 p.m., Town Hall Annex. Proposed amendments to Rockport zoning bylaws; Betsy Carter, 220 Granite St.; public hearing on David Lane, 162 Thatcher Road; sign final document, 17 Railroad Ave.; Downtown Master Plan update.

Thatcher Island Association, 7:30 p.m., Town Hall, Conference Room A. Financial report, island activities, and Straitsmouth update.
