ROCKPORT — A 19-year-old Virginia woman is facing a criminal complaint from Rockport Police after she allegedly attempted to shoplift at a Bearskin Neck store Monday afternoon.
Martha Hazard of Alexandria, Va., admitted to police that she attempted to steal a ring after the owner caught her trying to leave the store with the $32 piece of jewelry about 1:47 p.m., Rockport police said.
