Rockport Police/Fire:Latest finding of poop on porch being investigated

ROCKPORT — In a potential reprise of a similar incident over the weekend, a Norwood Avenue man called police to report a large pile of scat on his front porch at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The man told police that the pile was behind a rocking chair, and told officers he suspects a "two-legged animal" is responsible.

Police are investigating; officers had sent the animal officer to look into the previous incident, which occurred Saturday on a deck on Main Street.
