Manchester Realtor recognized as top seller

MANCHESTER — A local Realtor will be honored during a special celebration and reception on April 29 at the State Room in Boston.

Lynda Surdam of Manchester, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Manchester, has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite award. This distinguished honor is awarded to the top 3 percent of approximately 85,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system. Surdam also earned the award in 2012.

Each year, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recognizes the work of exceptional sales associates and sales teams through its distinguished awards program. This year’s annual event will be at the end of the month.

An agent with more than 27 years of experience, Surdam was also recognized by MLSPIN, the local Multiple Listing Service, as the No. 1 Sales Agent for both dollar volume sold in Manchester in 2013, as well as transaction sides sold in Manchester in 2013.

“Lynda has distinguished herself as one of the top real estate professionals in Manchester. She is well respected by colleagues and clients,” said Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England, in a statement. “I am pleased to recognize Lynda for her many achievements, and I am confident she will continue to achieve tremendous success in the future.”

Surdam is an active volunteer serving the Hooper Fund as a trustee, and is committed to numerous other local community organizations and charities.
