MANCHESTER — A 56-year-old Beverly woman was issued a citation for operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle in Manchester on Monday evening, according to Manchester police.

Police pulled over Deborah Moir of Sawyer Road about 7:54 p.m. on School Street in Manchester, after a radar detection device notified officers that Moir's car was not registered.
