Manchester Police/Fire: Crash sends driver to AGH

Manchester Police/Fire

MANCHESTER — A two-car accident along the southbound lanes of Route 128 just after 4:15 p.m. Wednesday sent one driver to Addison Gilbert Hospital.

But police said that, while two cars were involved, only one sustained measurable damage, and the driver’s injuries were not believed severe.

Police responded to a false alarm Wednesday at 12:40 p.m. on Summer Street, but found the alarm to have been set off by accident.

Around 3 p.m. Wednesday, police said, a male Jersey Lane resident was transported by the Fire Department’s Ambulance Squad to Beverly Hospital.

A Church Street resident was treated at home after a medical call at 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
