ESSEX — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in Essex this week:


Selectmen, 7 p.m., TOHP Burnham Library. Opening of filed sub-bids for Town Hall and Library Improvement Project, award of annual contract for heating oil, future electricity supply contracts with Constellation Energy, discussion about solar hosting credit program, discussion about federal channel encroachment study, proposal to revise sidewalk adjacent to Village Restaurant property, Department of Environmental Protection final judgement quarterly report, discussion of marijuana facility special permit category, review potential Town Meeting topics, central Conomo Point definitive plan application, MDI grant update, approve the weekly warrant, approval of minutes, approve the date of a special Town Meeting and open the Town Meeting warrant, and Conomo Point lease extensions, renewals and potential denials.
