MANCHESTER — A private construction crew was told to move out of the roadway on Pleasant Street on Friday about 8:04 a.m., according to police.
Police said the crew, working on reconstructing a home, was hazardously blocking one lane of traffic with two Dumpsters and construction vehicles.
