An Ocean Avenue man was arrested at 1:22 a.m. Friday on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
According to police, Christopher Mineo, 35, allegedly put a woman in a headlock after she began arguing with another woman at his home.
A Wheeler Street man called police at 11:03 a.m. Friday to report that he had received a medical bill for an ambulance ride he had not taken, and that he suspected that someone had stolen his identity.
Police discovered, however, that a man with a similar name had been taken to the hospital at the time reported on the bill.
