Manchester Police/Fire: Crews clear downed wires, tree limb

MANCHESTER — Police notified the town’s Department of Public Works and Comcast cable officials of a downed tree on Old Neck Road wires Thursday about 4:31 p.m., according to police.

Public works crews also removed a large tree limb from the Ocean Street roadside about 4:58 p.m., according to police.

DPW crews sanded Manchester’s roads Thursday about 9:10 p.m., after police reported icy road conditions.
