---- — Joseph L. Curcuru of Cleveland Place was found guilty of disorderly conduct in a court arraignment Monday, relating to a Dec. 30 incident in which he yelled and cursed at police.

Judge Joseph Jennings ordered Curcuru, 38, to pay a $150 fine Monday.

Police had found Curcuru after a woman reported him fighting in the middle of Prospect Street. Police said Curcuru had been “highly intoxicated,” cursed at police and called the officers “idiots.”

A 47-year-old Gloucester woman arraigned Monday will see a charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed if she pays court costs totaling $200.

Francine A. Martin of Newton Road was stopped for driving at a speed of 40 mph in a 25 mph zone, according to a police report. Police discovered Martin was driving with a suspended license and charged her with speeding and driving with the suspended license, according to the report.

Martin was found responsible for the speeding charge in court Monday.
