Town Talk: Chamber hosting events in Essex, Manchester

---- — The Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, as always, has some fantastic events planned to get residents and business owners more involved with the towns.

On Jan. 15, The Landing at 7 Central, the Central Street Gallery, Club Excel and Mimi-By-the-Sea will be hosting a business after hours networking Manchester. Stop by the Landing at 7 Central Street from 5 to 7 p.m. and see what they have to offer.

The evening will include door prizes, refreshments and appetizers. The event is $15 in advance, $20 the day or week of the event and $30 for future members.

On Jan. 17 at the Windward Grille on 109 Eastern Ave. in Essex, women are invited to a night out from 5 to 7 p.m.

Unwind after the holidays at the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce Businesswomen’s winter wine-down. This is an opportunity for all area businesswomen to make new contacts and build on existing connections.

A wine-themed gift basket will be raffled off to benefit the Businesswomen’s Scholarship. Please let the chamber know if you’d like to make a donation for the basket.

The event is $25 per person and advance registration is required. Call the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce at 978-283-1601 for more information or to make a reservation.
