A woman found two puppies in Blackburn Circle Saturday around 4 p.m.
According to the police report, the Grapevine Road resident stopped in Blackburn Circle to retrieve the dogs, which had no tags or identification. The woman brought the dogs to her house and called police.
Shortly after, another woman called police reported her two dogs missing, and her descriptions matched the ones found in Blackburn Circle.
The dogs were then reunited with their rightful owner, according to the police report.
A criminal complaint is being issued against a Mount Vernon Street man for larceny.
According to the police report, an employee from Sullivan Tire came into the police station Sunday at 9:15 p.m. to report a check that had bounced.
As a result, police are seeking a complaint against Shane Skinner, 38. The report indicated the check was first issued in November.
Police arrested a Middle Street man for violating his restraining order Saturday at 9:40 a.m.
A police report indicated Harry Parsons, 30, had engaged in a domestic dispute with another person before police arrived.
