MANCHESTER — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in the town of Manchester this week:


Community Preservation Committee, 6 p.m., Town Hall Room 5.

Planning Board, 7 p.m., Town Hall Room 7. Public hearing, application of Iron Rail Nominee Trust for an earth removal permit from the site at 1 Beaver Dam. Public hearing, application of Iron Rail Nominee Trust to construct a 60-by-200 foot two-story steel and masonry building at 1 Beaver Dam Road.


Manchester Essex Regional School Subcommittee on Finance, 9:30 a.m., Manchester Essex Regional School District Superintendent’s Conference Room. Planning for fiscal 2013 budget.

Conservation Commission, 7 p.m., Town Hall Room 5.

Manchester Essex Regional School Committee, 7 p.m., Manchester Essex Regional High and Middle School library. Introduction to new principals, common core update, budget workshop update, cheer leading request.


Manchester Housing Authority, 4:30 p.m., The Plains Meeting Room.

Zoning Board of Appeals, 7 p.m., Town Hall Room 5. Application of Timothy M. Brady, trustee, Iron Rail Nominee Trust for a variance.


Board of Health, 8:15 a.m., Town Hall Room 5.

Historical District Commission, 7 p.m. Town Hall room 5.
