A homeless Gloucester man who eluded police after a brief chase last week turned himself in to police Sunday on two outstanding warrants.
Michael Kuch, 23, no known address, turned himself in at 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
Police were on the lookout for Kuch after officers say they witnessed him in what they believed to be a drug deal on Elm Street and he fled Thursday night.
A Gloucester man is facing domestic assault and battery charges after an altercation with a Hodgkins Street woman Sunday night.
Steven McDougall, 26, of 10 Amero Court, Gloucester, was not arrested after police were called to Hodgkins Street at 4:15 p.m. Sunday, but police have filed a criminal complaint against him.
The city's fire and rescue squads transported a Grandview Road man with leg injuries and a Farrington Avenue man with head injuries to Addison Gilbert Hospital early yesterday morning.
Police said someone entered an unlocked motor vehicle on Reservoir Road sometime Sunday night or Monday morning. Police have no suspects.
There were no reported injuries in what police call a minor motor vehicle accident at the corner of Centennial Avenue and Lloyd Street at 1:25 p.m. yesterday. Both vehicles had minor fender damager and were driven from the scene.
A Laurel Street man reported to police at 3:15 p.m. yesterday that a full and opened can of beer was placed in his mailbox. Police said they have no suspects.
