MANCHESTER — The Manchester Police Department hosted an open house Saturday, inviting the public to meet its officers and tour the station.
Visitors were able to sit in a police car, go in side the holding cells in the station, watch a K-9 demonstration by the Essex County Sheriff's Department and enjoy some hotdogs and other treats.
