MANCHESTER — Police Officer Steve Fiore rescued three baby ducks from a storm drain behind the police station on Wednesday.
Fiore found the baby ducks trapped in the storm drain on Central Street at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday and used a net to free them, police said.
