Ex-skull-ent Adventure at Halibut Point

ROCKPORT — Know for its quarries, Halibut Point State Park this Saturday will become the place to have “Ex-skull-ent Adventure.”

But before the adventure begins, the annual meeting of the Friends of Halibut Point Association will be held at 12:30 p.m. near the quarry outside of the park’s visitor center.

The meeting will be followed by the free program “Ex-skull-ent Adventure” with naturalist Richard Wolniewicz. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have an animal skull that needs to be identified, bring it along.

Parking is available in the lot off Gott Avenue for $2.
