MANCHESTER — Police responded to an alleged incident of someone drinking in public on Raymond Street Sunday at 2:10 p.m.

When officers arrived, the man was heading toward his Gloucester home on foot; town authorities simply notified Gloucester police.

Sunday at 10:40 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Pine Street. Police said a neighbor had complained about someone working on a boat in a driveway nearby.
