Rockport Police/Fire: False alarm on Stockholm Avenue

---- — ROCKPORT — Police responded to a complaint at 3 p.m. Thursday after a vehicle being driven along Nugent Stretch was apparently struck with a BB gun pellet.

The car had a cracked windshield, but police were unable to locate anyone when they arrived.

Police responded to a Stockholm Avenue residence after a burglar alarm had sounded off at 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

When officers arrived, however, they found the building to be secure.
