ESSEX — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled this week in Essex:

Today

Selectmen, 7 p.m., Senior Center, upstairs.

Wednesday

Rabies Clinic, 4 p.m., Memorial Fire Station, 24 Martin St. Dogs and cats only, 12 weeks of age. $10 per pet; cash or personal check. Three-year shot only with previous rabies vaccination certificate. The town clerk will be available to issue 2012 dog licenses; spayed or neutered dogs are $15 and intact dogs are $24 — register now before the July 1 late fee.

Planning Board, 7:30 p.m., TOHP Burnham Library, Martin Street.
