Gloucester District Court: Lynn man gets dismissal for court fees

Gloucester District Court

A Lynn man was arraigned Friday in Gloucester District Court on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, but Judge Joseph Jennings said he will dismiss the case against the man if he pays $200 in court fees.

Herbin M. Hernandez, 28, was arrested in Essex in September, when a police officer first saw his vehicle parked on Apple Street, then saw the man drive the vehicle into a nearby driveway, according to a police report.

Police found Hernandez was driving the vehicle without a license, charged him, then had the vehicle towed by Tally’s Towing, according to the police report.
